This place is lovely, with helpful and welcoming employees, excellent food, and spacious rooms.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent and the view from the dining terrace was delightful. The best feature was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.

Music during the day was unnecessary. I prefer a quiet environment for reading and sunbathing. However, I was generally pleased with the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel when considering the cost in particular. Very comfortable rooms, and also notably not ripping off single travellers, with a lovely peaceful pool area - no battles for sun loungers here. The breakfasts were excellent, and having paid for the dinner too, I can only say that it was incredible value, and superbly cooked, presented and served.

Service trolleys being pushed along tiled floors in the alleys behind rooms from 0700 Hrs every morning. The music - which admittedly was pleasant enough - being constantly 'looped' in the restaurant. When staying for 7 nights this gets somewhat repetitive. Minor complaints though because as I have said, for the money, Vital Suites and Spa really was good value.

I loved my room here, it was clean, well-kept, and had a separate bedroom; the location near Mirador la Cruz Grande was stunning.

The hotel was clean and wonderful small, had magnificent views over the valley below and the golf course. It had fantastic location and very helpful staff at the reception desk.

Convenient location with a lovely vibe in a great area. Being close to a train station was a big plus for me 🚉.

Beautiful little place with very good service. Location: amazing, near to golf course and sand dunes to the sea, restaurants and shopping, and Gran Canaria for the last 20 years mainly in the resort of playa del Inglés. Besides, very convenient to Mirador la Cruz Grande.

The location was stunning and brilliant, just a 10-15 minute walk from Maspalomas, had a decent stay in September, and would return without hesitation.

Location very central, well laid out, maintained and presented well. Spacious Suites, Pool areas more than adequate, Breakfasts / selection was very good . Staff very helpful , Overall a lovely relaxed experience. Will recommend and return.

Over 40 television channels but only 2 in English and these were news channels. Complex has no In-House movies at all which we found very disappointing as one may not wish to go out every evening. They were informed about this many times before and still have not installed them. Remember they are 4 star Suites !!!

Loved this boutique hotel: outstanding food and extremely friendly and excellent staff. the location was stunning, really close to Maspalomas and the dunes, the dunes and faro lighthouse and the mountains with an exceptional view from our room over the sea. - We had the double room with a spacious bed.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious,staff very friendly and polite! Pool area has a very nice view.Food is ok,but not for gourmet!

Of course is always something,but its not worth mentioning,because those things are not so important in short stay- one week.
